A free online service that can be used by anyone to check their Gerber files for manufacturability issues before placing an order. The FreeDFM tool ensures that the Gerber files have all the data required for manufacturing and it sends the user a graphical report of all the areas of the design that may need to be corrected before placing the order. This helps customers avoid production holds after the order is placed.
The FreeDFM is also a great way to get your PCB quotes. After the file is uploaded and analyzed by the FreeDFM software, the customer also receives a detailed quote along with a discount code for up to $100 off once the order is placed.
